執行收樓令一般包括下列步驟:
送達「遷出通知書」及執達主任聯同業主(或業主代表)前往單位;把「遷出通知書」送達佔用人,知會於7天內遷離該單位。若大門鎖上,則把通知張貼門外,另於送達「遷出通知書」7天後,執達主任便會按業主要求安排覆核及收樓。若佔用人已離開,該空置地方的管有權將交予業主。若有關地方仍被佔用,執達主任便會通知佔用人已定的交還日期。
